As part of our commitment to delivering top-notch products and customer service, we proudly introduce our warranty strategy, aligning with BergHOFF’s vision. We stand behind our products and offer a warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase.
THE GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
BergHOFF Culina warranty* covers material- and manufacturing defects when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use manual provided with the product. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use and misuse of the product. BergHOFF and its affiliated companies are not responsible for direct or indirect damage, personal injury or property damage for goods sold through other distribution channels.

THE FOLLOWING ARE EXCLUDED FROM THE GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Failure to apply the use & care manual correctly.
- Change of purpose or function of the product.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse, or commercial use.
- Scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion, or damage from overheating, to the interior or exterior of the pan. This also includes the non-stick coating.
- Neglect or improper cleaning.
- Dishwasher usage.
- Alteration of the product.
- Scratches on cooktops, kitchen countertops or other surfaces due to dragging of the cookware.
- Dropping or any other impact.
- Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty.
TO CLAIM WARRANTY:
1/ Products purchased at berghoffculina.com:
If you purchased directly from BergHOFF Culina and wish to claim under this warranty, please login into your account and go to ‘Retour’.
Find the order you want to return by entering your order number. You can find this number in the confirmation email you received with your purchase. Choose the products you want to return and enter the reason for the return. Confirm your return request and follow the instructions to generate the return label. Print the label and attach it to your return package.
2/ Products received via a kitchen studio:
To claim warranty on products you have received through a kitchen studio, we recommend registering the product upon receipt. If this is done, then warranty can be claimed as under option 1 ‘Products purchased through berghoffculina.com’.
If a product received through a kitchen studio is not registered, you can contact our customer service department: customerservice@berghoffculina.com
Please provide us all relevant information regarding your claim:
- a valid proof of purchase at berghoffworldwide.com with date of purchase (including received as a gift)
- the product SKU and name
- the production codes (a marking of a letter and a number, e.g. K15) often found on the bottom of your product
- a full description and photos of the problem

Pots & pans
Cast iron / cast aluminium: limited lifetime
BergHOFF guarantees a limited lifetime warranty* on all cast iron enamelled or cast aluminium cookware from the date of purchase and first user.
*The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the warranty:
- See general terms and conditions.
- The Limited lifetime warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
- Enamel coating: 2-year warranty on enamel coating.
- (Themo)knobs/handles/glass lids: 2-year warranty (purchased as single item or part of cookware set).
- Expiration warranty time: 30-year after date purchase.
Stainless steel: limited lifetime
BergHOFF guarantees a limited lifetime warranty* on all stainless steel cookware from the date of purchase and first user.
*The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the warranty:
- See general terms and conditions.
- A Slight yellowing of the surface can occasionally happen after heating. This is completely harmless and does not affect the performance of the pan and is therefore excluded from the warranty.
- Multiply cookware: Grey wear or slight abrasion of the aluminium due to aluminium corrosion.
- The Limited lifetime warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
- Non-stick coating: 2-year warranty on the non-stick coating.
- (Themo)knobs/handles/glass lids: 2-year warranty (purchased as single item or part of cookware set).
- Expiration of warranty time: 30-year after date purchase.
- Cookware items made with a different body material (e.g. aluminium) included in the stainless steel cookware set. Please refer to warranty of the correct body material.
Pressed aluminium: 2 years
BergHOFF guarantees a 2-year warranty* on its forged aluminium cookware from the date of purchase and first user.
*The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the warranty:
- See general terms and conditions.
- Grey wear or slight abrasion of the aluminium due to aluminium corrosion.
- Non-stick coating: 2-year warranty on the non-stick coating.
- (Themo)knobs/handles/glass lids: 2-year warranty (purchased as single item or part of cookware set).
Kitchen knives & knife accessories
Hollow knives: 10 years
BergHOFF guarantees a 10-year warranty* on all hollow knives from the date of purchase and first user.
*The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the warranty:
- See general terms and conditions.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use.
- Any damage or breakage due to dropping or impact of the knife (broken blade, broken point, damaged cutting line, damaged handle,…).
- Blunting of the blade or the appearance of scratches on the product.
- Defects from sharpening the blade incorrect.
- Coating: 2-year warranty.
- Knife blocks: 2-year warranty.
Oven- & bakeware
Cast aluminium: limited lifetime
BergHOFF guarantees a limited lifetime warranty* on all cast aluminium ovenware from the date of purchase and first user.

Flatware
Stainless steel: 10 years
BergHOFF guarantees a 10-year warranty* on all stainless steel flatware from the date of purchase and first user.
*The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the warranty:

- Fly rust due to dishwasher usage together with items in other metals.
